One urban legend that I really like is "The Killer in the Backseat". This legend includes a woman who stops for gas on a rainy and thunderstorm night and the owner comes to pump her gas, while he is pumping her gas he notices a man hiding in the backseat, and when he finishes pumping her gas, she gives him a credit card and to pay for the gas, and the owner goes inside and then quickly comes back out and tells her that the card is declined and he has the credit card company on the phone and she goes in to talk to them, and she starts to get scared and fidgety of the owner because she believes he is trying to kill her and she runs out and gets back into the and locks the door and drives off, and the owner is a stutterer and before he evens gets out what he wants to say she drives off, and he finally gets out what he wants to say and yells, "There's a killer in the backseat!!!". With some extra research, in some versions of the legend the person in the backseat is a murderer, rapist, and an escaped mental patient. Instead of the store owner warning her, there is another car behind her, flashing their high beams warning her, and by the time she makes it home, she realizes that the driver was warning her of the mysteries man in the backseat, scaring him.
Some people like to jot there ideas or plans on paper, but others like to put it in the form of a map, to do that you need mind mapping software. As you know I like the word free, I am all for free software, especially when cannot afford it, so you want a good alternative. I have found and worked with a few Mind Mapping Software that I thought were great, I guess it just comes to you, and what you think might work for you.
