Photoscape - Free Photo Editing Software

PhotoScape is a free Photo editing software that has all the features a regular photo editing app would, sometimes I like to edit photos for fun, but have you ever seen a good piece of free desktop editing software. It has a combining tool to combine images into one, animated gifs to animate your photos, and more. It also has Batch Editor for the changes you make for one photo to the rest. It lets you add different types of objects including text, speech balloons, icons, symbols, rich text, and other images to a photo.
